Day 1

THE GOOD THE BAD & THE UGLY

Alrighty then...first day usually a good one cause it's fresh & new.  I have committed to myself that I would just make a few small changes each week and see where this goes.

Went for a walk, one of my goals will be to get some exercise so I start with a walk down a counrty road.  Took water with me, another goal drink more water.  Pretty easy so far.  For lunch my Mom wanted Taco Bell so we got some for everyone.  Usually I would scarf it down.  I got busy with something else & when I went to grab something there was nothing left I really wanted so I had a salad instead.  Felt good to make a good choice.  I feel like have more self contraol but I may just be imagining it.

So I said I would be open & honest so here gose the hard part.

Really you don't have to look it is mainly for my benefit but if you must...

Now remember I am 8ft 10 in or that's how tall I should be at this weight

Oh the shame!!!  Well, I am putting it out there because I know I am going to make the changes that will improve my health & my body shape with the help of God & Will Power in a Bottle.
